How distance is billed
- Mini — flat ₹989 up to 3.5 km. Beyond that, ₹48 is charged on the whole trip distance (not only the extra km).
- BLS — first 5 km included in the base. Extra km at ₹68.
- Ventilator — first 9 km included. Extra km at ₹90. Oxygen is inbuilt.
- Mortuary — same Mini or BLS ride fare, plus ₹300 de-sanitization (automatic).
Night duty
Added to the base fare only. Mini +₹200. BLS +₹300. Mortuary follows the vehicle you pick. Ventilator currently has no night surcharge.
Add-ons
- Oxygen: ₹100 / hour on Mini and BLS (inbuilt on Ventilator)
- Helper: ₹429 per person per 2h 40m; extra time pro-rated
- Paramedic: ₹500 per person per 2h 40m; extra time pro-rated
- Deep wash: ₹300 for infectious / soiling cases (not on mortuary)
The price shown at booking is the price you pay. GST-compliant receipts are emailed after the trip.
Insurance reimbursement
GST-compliant receipts are emailed within 5 minutes. Most TPAs accept these for reimbursement. Direct cashless integration via NHCX is in progress.
